When I dream, I dream in color

I need a real love not just a lover. This is a sentences of Sarah Connor's song 'When I dream'. I know I'm pretty in Connor craze again but that shouldn't be todays topic.I really like this line, somehow all my recent thoughts are in it but let's start at the beginning:
When I dream
Sleep is an unknown word for me at the moment. From 8 to 4 I'm the good pupil who does her homework all the time but doesn't know Math stuff nevertheless. Then I deliver newspaper, have private lessons, am at the Red Cross or do something for our church paper. Then I'm looking for exciting people and topics, solve technique problems with http://docofsci.blogspot.de/ or do organizational stuff. And then, when the time for sleeping has come I write posts like this one.
I love this life. I love writing and I love breaking down barriers. I often think my day should have 30 hours so that I could make all I want to do but so I don't have time for thinking about anything at least. Today I had time for it during the free hour with my best friend Keks and of course a weak moment arrived soon. Normally my mind is free of this thoughts at the day and they just come when I'm dreaming. I had to think on a boy I really like. The thing takes over two years now and even if there has never been a real relationship it hasn't been nothing. I don't know if you know that. You see somebody for the first time and you think 'I want him!', the second thought is 'No, he's too old, too young, too small, too tall or too whatever'. So you dodge this guy because you'd fall in love if the person just says hello but you know it can't work. Shortly after it the person approaches you and you completely block even if you're already in love. After his 12th try you think 'so what' and comply. Of course you're in love but there's no chance because of the reason you've already known before. The love would be there but it's one of the other cruel reasons that can be between two people. Probably weeks full of tears will follow. That's my story but it took months. It takes months. From time to time it gets better but then there's one dream that ruin all. These moments query everything. I live my dream here with this blog but the other dream makes this seem useless.
I dream in color
This part is of course for the Bunte or Colorful Bonbon. So many dreams have already come true and that's why I wanna thank you! Even in hard times you are the ones who help me standing up again.
I need a real love not just a lover
That's the reason why I'm single. Why having a boyfriend for just having one? Surely I met some guys in between I was interested in but why taking an artificial diamond while knowing where the real one lies?

Welcome!

Hello my dears readers,
I wanna welcome you at my new blog. Maybe you already know ‘Buntes Bonbon’, its German version. Until yesterday I mixed the German and English posts there and because of some changes, I wanted to do. I had to make a decision concerning my English texts. Yesterday I talked to http://docofsci.blogspot.de/ and he told me, my vision won’t work. He said the best thing would be two blogs.
When I got up yesterday morning, I haven’t thought that such a difficult decision would wait for me a few hours later. It was a very emotional moment, when I opened this blog. Buntes Bonbon is really important for me and so this completely English blog was a big step into a great future.
I’m ready with all layout stuff and if you wanna visit my German blog, just click on the flag -> It looks nearly the same, I hope, and the posts also will be the same, only translated of course. Sometimes there might be posts that only concern German readers, so you won’t get any version of it, but I think that’s ok.
I was overwhelmed by the number of clicks I got here yesterday in only four hours: 201! You’re so great!
I tried to slide all old posts from Buntes Bonbon to this blog and I hope it all worked, there might be any differences at the writing type or whatever but this will change with this post. I try to give always the best for you and make you a pleasure to read!
You probably already recognized that my English is not the best one. I’ll pass my A-Levels this school year and so I’ll still have a whole life to improve my language. Please comment underneath if you find any mistakes or if you have any ideas for the future, I’m open for everything.
For those who don’t know me:
I’m Marie, 17 years old and from Germany. Blogging is my hobby, it became part of my daily life and I wanna show you parts of it here. I love watching football but also doing typical girl stuff like going shopping or sewing. I fell in love with Finns, especially with the band Sunrise Avenue and footballer Pekka Lagerblom ;)
If you wanna know more, just click through the old posts and I’m sure there’ll be much more to tell you soon.
Thanks for making this experience so special and exciting!
Have a great evening and enjoy weekend’s last hours.

The luck of giving

[28.09.2013]
Hey guys, I can forget my whole plan, I’m five days too late with this post. That’s the thing I hate about vacations: my blog hasn’t the first precedence and I’m angry about myself one week later when I see the falling clicks.
On Monday I wanted to post something about World vision again because it was my godson’s 7th birthday. Everytime I get a letter from him I start crying because I’m so thankful for my little sparrow.
The first photo of him, a very heartbreaking picture of a cute 4 years old boy has a special place and also all of his letters. Sometimes I wonder that he’s just 10 years younger than me and that feels a bit odd but now this thought has become okay for me ;)
What you maybe know is that I deliver newspaper and it just felt being selfish to keep all the earned money for me and so I decided to have a sponsorship to years ago.
Since I saw my little sparrow the first time on the picture I’m delighted with him and everytime I don’t wanna deliver my things I think on him  and I do it  nevertheless because I feel responsible for him. I’ve never had such a feeling and now I can understand careful parents a bit..
Somehow it’s a wonder that two people who’ve never een each other and who live on two different continents can have such a connection.
You can have such a sponsorship already for 30€ a month, makes 1€ a day. I think it’s unbelievable how easy you can change a child’s life so easily. One package of cigarettes less a week and you have the money for a godchild because no child should be sad because having no food or no place to sleep! We in Europe live in such abundance that it’s sadly ironic, people a few plain hours away starve.
If someone has some questions about this topic just contact me, I’ll answer everything if a poor child has a reason to smile then :)

Grandpa’s hobby

[12.09.2013]
Hello my dears,
Grandpa’s hobby is probably the wrong title for this post because even my grandpa doesn’t something that ‘boring’.
Probably no one of you can guess that I collect stamps. It started last Christmas when I wanted to buy a Finnish book on ebay. I didn’t get it but the next hit were 30 wonderful stamps with the mark ‚Suomi‘.
You have to know that I love taking part at auctions till 1 or 2€ that doesn’t interest me at all and in 80% of cases I don’t get the things because someone gives 50ct more. But not with theses stamps. On Christmas most people aren’t interested in Finnish stamps, I think. One week later I had an envelope with the stamps in my hands and I didn’t want to open it because I thought my mother would laugh at me. Somehow the colourful papers fascinated me and so I purchased by auctions about 20 other packages. Always I had a bank transfer of 1,55€ - 2€ my mum asked ‚Are these stamps?’, and yeah, they were.
At the first view this hobby might really look a bit bleak but if you specialize yourself for one country, it could become interesting and sometimes I stop breathing when I find a treasure of 1910 in my collection. I really like purchasing a collection without knowing what’s in it and at home they get graded and if it’s necessary free of glue and paper stuff.
Since this random buying I recognized what little artworks stamps are. They have beautiful colours and motives from all different sections of the Finnish culture. But the best thing ist he story behind each.
This letter for example was send in December 1938 in Helsinki. What said it? Was it a love letter that brought two people together? Was the stamp on a birthday greeting, a grandma sent to her grandchild? Or was it a letter with bad news, maybe some contained forebodings of the war? Because of the value and date you can guess a lot of things but this kind of uncertainty makes it so fascinating for me.
No matter how old-fashioned this hobby might be, I love it. So I always have a tiny part of Finland with me and let my imagination run free.
